The premises are well-organized and maintained, presenting a bright and fully stocked environment. Navigating the aisles was effortless. The checkout process was exceptionally smooth and pleasant. We were greeted warmly, and our groceries were bagged efficiently and promptly. A staff member was observed sanitizing carts in the corral outside the store. I highly recommend this location for a superior grocery shopping experience. Michelle was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of.

So kind a friendly even thought we came to early for the order to be done. The food was great. Not all sloppy like I’m used to with late night orders. Surprisingly fast.

Very dirty restaurant. Came in to you have to order on kiosk yourself. They do not greet you or acknowledge you as a customer. Soda machine is not dispensing coke, restrooms are dirty. Manager is just standing there doing nothing. Horrible customer service. Can the quality control supervisor check this restaurant ?

They always take so long to give your order, i always wait approximately 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, no joke! And sometimes they can’t even assist you, supposedly their system is always down and they don’t have a way to charge you/ take your order. I don’t really come to this specific Jack N the box, but the few times that i have, I’ve always had a bad experience.
