Jack in the Box

The grandkids and I were heading over to Indio for several days to meet up others for a family weekend vacation. On our way, we took a break, had a bite to eat at this location. There were several people inside the dining area, place look modern, somewhat clean. Trash cans were full and it was around 1pm. Staff were friendly and polite. Our order was taken in no time and our order didn't take long. Busy kitchen. Food was good. Clean counter, clean bathroom, clean outdoor. Lots of parking

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru this morning. I began by ordering a single spicy snack wrap. The employee asked if I wanted to make it a combo, and I said no. I then added the 2 for $6 classic snack wraps, which he correctly enacted. After that, I changed my mind and asked to make my single spicy snack wrap a combo. Instead of adjusting it, he added two wraps to the combo without explaining that a combo apparently requires purchasing two wraps. This was never stated at any point during the order. When I asked for clarification, the morning manager jumped in with attitude and said, “So you can’t order a combo with a single wrap,” as though I should have already known this unmentioned rule. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. B

Don't come here they don't care about quality or service and it starts from up top. The manger here is a lady with glasses is very disrespectful and rude. I was retuning the food that I just ordered because of the lack of care and quality of the food. Please choose how you spend your money as the consumer we have a right to receive what we paid for nothing less and nothing more. That's all I'm saying and this jack in the box is here to take your money and give you substandard food and service. I'm sure this is not to the standards of Jack in the box. I was a life long customer but I'm done. I'll be spending my money at the other competitors for now on. Also if Jack in the box brings back the big cheeseburger I might come back. Be safe everyone.

Bought 3 breakfast platers all three had pass time out fresh toast call to see if they can replace them they said yes but just return the fresh toast not the platers no the platers were not empty. Never coming back . Workers can care less . Will be calling corporal.

Ramon that works the drive through at night is the most professional and kind fast food worker I have ever come across! He has charisma and style in his language. Makes it enjoyable for sure instead of being “yelled” at like most drive through workers.
