Jack in the Box

Stopped here on a road trip for some brunch food. Danny had exceptional service!!! Thank you! So many times the service going to fast food joints is not great! Danny said good morning and welcomed us. He seemed genuinely happy to help us! We need more people in the industry like him. We had to wait a few minutes for food... I know other reviews complained about the wait time...but it was only a few minutes, and our food was fantasticly fresh and delicious! I would rather wait double that time than be sold stale/old food. Great job!!! Thank you 😊

Never done a negative reveiw for fastfood but we did online order today, chicken sandwich had nothing but a cold patty and bun, all our fries were frozen and there was zero sauce, napkins or straws. Service was so slow, it is every time we go there but thought we would try again. We will drive 20 minutes out of the way to Centralia next time.

I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. A man in his mid-20s with curly brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude. My family and I were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and stopped by around 6:30 p.m. When we tried to walk through the front door, he aggressively held it shut and yelled, “No, we’re closed! Get out, get out!” while waving his arms at us. We ended up going through the drive-thru since that’s what our kids wanted and were promised. Unfortunately, the same man took our order and was just as condescending and rude over the speaker. What happened to basic respect and decent customer service? Truly disappointing experience.

I would normally NOT post for Fast Food, and I only ordered Onion Rings. I was on my way to Vancouver/PDX when I found out my Tire(s?) were leaking, so immediately had to head back to Seattle. (I have ordered Tires last wk) Since I was in a Foul mood, I decided to get an order of Onion Rings — sure enough Jack in the Box served them, and the Female Server was very Prompt and Courteous. Thought I’d have to wait a long time since it was NOT a Breakfast item, but I think they were done in less than 3 min. Tasted as good as Restaurant level, Hot and they Served them instead of the usual Tissue Bag in a FOIL bag. Was Delighted, Tasted great, so lifted my Spirits in heading back North. Great job, JITB. Much better than other Competitors’ Onion Rings.

After a long day at work, I was hungry and stopped in at about 9 PM or so and ordered a sourdough jack plain with just meat bun and cheese and three egg rolls. I only stop at Jack in the box maybe twice a month. Every time something is wrong with my sourdough jack and today there was so much stuff on it. It was unbelievable. There Was tomatoes, mayonnaise, which I’m allergic to, ketchup and another random sauce that I can’t eat. I called the store and there was no manager, so they said that there was two team leads there and I spoke with one team lead and he saw that my order was placed, and then he passed me over to the other team lead, who then proceeded to question me on everything even though they had my order pulled up.
