Jack in the Box

Why is the egg used for sandwiches being used in my burrito? Also there was very little to no egg that is actually supposed to be used in the burrito. Who ever is in the kitchen do better, SOS matters but so is customer satisfaction.

Pulled up late night and asked for spicy chicken tender combo. The person heard / repeated back to me that I ordered a #19. I assumed the person heard me initially. Mistakes were made. I called when I made it back home after realizing I had regular strips. The employee said if I don’t eat any, I could bring it back and they can replace it. Me and my buddy had both eaten one at that time. I drive back and the employee instead of greeting me with some type of freebie for the inconvenience of this whole thing states I’d have to pay extra for the tenders I’d eaten. Saying they can’t just go wasting food (while simultaneously taking my 3 regular tenders to dispose into the trash.) Things happen and this is my local Jacks, but until an apology is made, I’ll drive little further for another locat

The new protein bowls were very good. The fajita version had rice, peppers, onions and crispy chicken with a new sauce for $7.99. A decent healthy option.

I can only speak for daytime/lunch hours but props to whoever runs this location. The food is always consistent and surprisingly, so are the employees. It seems they hire great attitudes. The dude with the amazing tattoos is fantastic and deserves praise.

12.15.25 - Unsure why I was not able to order Mini Tacos this morning. All I had asked for was: 1 breakfast jack and a box of mini tacos. But The GIRLS response was that they are out of mini tacos at the moment ? Seemed to me like she was wanting to complete her opening duties than handle any order big or small. Idk. Something felt off like she wasn’t being truthful rather she just didn’t want to make it ? - If true, why aren’t y’all stocking the mini tacos ?! Love themm and bummed they were supposedly “out” WHERES BILLY ?! he’s always cheerful and goes above and beyond. Wish my morning started out with him vs this girl and her lack of effort
