Jack in the Box

Normally my food is great, however, upon fully placing and paying for an order, I showed up to a fully shut down restaurant due to the coke machines being replaced. Somehow it was an oversight to turn off the online ordering when the entire store was shut down. Complete and utter failure on managments behalf and I expect better in the future.

My food was fresh but service was terrible I sat at drive thru box for nearly 10 minutes despite being the only car and an empty lobby before I got a plain "hello? " on the speaker, she didn't answer my question about a menu item, and didn't repeat my order. I got to the window and again waited a long time so I put my car in park. Window finally opens I'm not greeted or anything she just stuck out her hand for my card, and didn't even give me my receipt so I can't take the survey about the poor service. I haven't been to Jack In The Box in years, with today's service I think I'd be fine not coming back

I need to go this place but I avoid this place for several month. I'm afraid I might see the younger Hispanic bro with an attitude. Seem like in a rush or something. Maybe the younger generation and their wannabe tough ego? It's okay I'm a nice person I got my food I will avoid this place..

Havent Had This Spot In Years But Happy To Be Back... Chicken Strips Arent the Biggest BUT They Were Good Enough to Get Again... I Would Get 5 Strips Instead 3... A Decent Selection of Sauces To Dip In... Onion Rings Are Good When Offered Just Too Much on the Crunchy Side... Id Get Curly Fries Next and Try One of the Many Other Menu Items Like the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl... Much to Choose From Which I Respect...

We pretended to be a car and went through the drive thru since the indoor seating was closed already. Got our food and it was delightful. Thank you! :)
