The customer service here is fantastic. I ordered fries and they arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. Everything felt welcoming and well-prepared, making this a place I would definitely suggest visiting.

I placed a mobile order for drive through and wasn’t even allowed to get it until the manager visibly seen it on her screen even with me showing her the order placed on my phone (literally just a free 4 piece nugget) we sat there going back and forth for a cool 5-6 minutes just for her to finally give me the nuggets and slam the window 😂 horrible. i’m a manager so i understand stress but that’s something else

last week when I came here the employee named Joanna was so rude and unprofessional in drive thru window. I was polite smiling and even told her to have a good day. yet she raised her voice at me for no reason. Management should address this behavior immediately.

All my food was cold and tasted like it was sitting there won’t come again. Thanks greg I went back and you guys gave me a good bacon cheese burger combo 5 stars!!!

Went in today to pick my order up that I ordered through the app, we walked in instead of drive through and we saw all the employees without gloves. The lady was prepping our food with her bare hands and we told them but the girl just stood still and said ummmm we do wear gloves. Another man said yea she’s wearing gloves but took them off. Why would she take them off when prepping the food makes no sense. I don’t wanna eat someone’s skin flakes. We were given our refund lady at the register was nice
