Jack in the Box

After many years not located in the Chicagoland area,I was delighted that Jack In The Box is back with a few locations. Went on a Saturday for lunch and it was not crowded at all. You order thru the kiosk and they call your order number when ready. I had to have their tacos..2 for 1.49..lol. tasted the same as I remember them years ago. My wife is gluten free so there were not many options. She had their grilled chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap with their Good Good sauce. She said it wasn't bad. It seems you wait longer for you food than other fast food restaurants but it is probably because they are still fairly new .. not sure. Plenty of parking plus a drive thru option. Award points can be earned thru their app. They serve beakfast items all day plus a large selection of burgers

This was our first time coming to Jack in the Box. When we arrived the drive thru was packed. Glad we decided to go inside instead. There was a lot of things to choose from on the menu. Our cashier was Abby according to our receipt. She was the young girl. Her customer service was amazing. She made sure to answer our questions and made us feel welcomed. We waited less than ten minutes to get our food. Everything tasted very good. Best oreo milkshake I've ever had. Not many places offer large shakes but they do here thankfully. We live two hours away from this location. But will definitely be coming back again whenever we are in the area.

I ordered the #14 Jack's Spicy Chicken Combo with curly fries. I also ordered onion rings for additional side. The chicken was crispy and the spice level is low but overall good especially when dipped in their buttermilk sauce. The curly fries tastes like any other curly fries but don't get me wrong it's still tasty and delicious. My husband had the classic burger and didn't say much. He did order four tacos which I've seen from YouTubers how greasy but good they are. Now my husband loves tacos and picky about them. So I was eager to find out what he thinks of Jack's tacos. Just so you know he has not seen any reviews about Jack's tacos beforehand. And so while I was eating my food all I could hear across the table from me was him making foodgasm sounds! This location was very empty at 6pm. The tacos were greasy and horrible,the curly fries tasted like old oil and were left in the grease too long,the bacon cheeseburger was ok. The young lady working was nice,but this location need to train the staff on how to use the fryer machine and how often to change the oil.

We’re just thrilled to finally have a Jack in the Box nearby here in Naperville! As longtime fans of their food, this new location is a welcome addition to the area. That being said, we did have quite the wait — our order took about 50 minutes from the time we placed it to when we got it. That’s definitely longer than expected, but to be fair, the restaurant is brand new, and you can tell the team is still getting into the rhythm of things. Growing pains are part of the process, and we get it. When we finally got our food, there was a small mistake in the order — a couple of items were either swapped or not exactly what we asked for.
