Service was good but the food was not. Went through the drive thru and the sandwich smashed and the hash brown was barely warm and too greasy to eat. Not a good experience at all, hopefully yours will be better!

I usually never post anything about a business but this seems to happen every time I go here. Every time I order something from here they always seem to find a way to mess it up. Did an online order last night at 12:56am. Was supposed to get the 8 piece chicken nuggets, but instead of getting what I had ordered, ended up getting jalapeño poppers instead. The employee are good at fixing an order if it’s wrong, so I’ll give them that. But it shouldn’t be wrong in the first place. Especially when there was only 3 vehicles in line, with me being the last one. I guess for now on I’ll have to hold up the line to check my entire order.

The worst service in all of Mountian Home. Anytime you go here expect to be waiting 5 minutes at the ordering station and another 20 -40 minutes in the order waiting area. I have never once been served my food out of the actual windows here. The food is mediocre at best the service is terrible. Whoever is in charge of managing this establishment is in way over their heads.

Normally, this jack is top notch for our orders, however, today they dropped the ball. Manager and cashier were great and no complaints there. But we ordered 2 tacos no cheese, and 2 tacos no sauce. When we received the order it looked fine but after taking a bite of the no cheese, it was very clear that the cheese was removed after it already melted onto the taco shell and other ingredients, this was the case for both tacos with no cheese. Instead of correcting the mistake, it was hidden in the hopes nothing would come of it. The rest of the meal was correct and delicious, just unfortunate with hiding a mistake instead of correcting it.

Dasher review! While this store has better food than other jack in the boxes. Its wait time even when the stores not busy is atrocious. Plus it seems they take extra longer on delivery orders for some reason.
