Jack in the Box

I've been eating at Jack In The box for over 30 years, there was a time quality was iffy, but that's long since past. The fóod in today's Jack is top-notch, fresh and delicious. I count on them to prepare my food upon arrival. It's always hot and tasty.

Everything was as any other jack in the box: quality, great meals and awesome customer service. Ate the chicken sandwich #11, delicious and the french fries had that fresh flavour. Worth it if you are near Anzalduas international bridge.

Is it wrong to ask a small request involving accommodating for someone with a mental disorder? They used to do it without an issue but now it’s been denied repeatedly and it’s really off putting that even after explanation it’s just refused. Happy to not go there anymore, after all what’s one less customer that needs an incredibly small but important accommodation?

My experience at Jack In The Box was disappointing. Iordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with Curly Fries, a Kids Meal with Pancakes, and Churros. Unfortunately, the kitchen and the restaurant in general had flies buzzing around, which was very off-putting. As for the food, I would rate it a 6 out of 10. The only redeeming aspect was the fountain soda, which offered various flavors. However, it was extremely dirty and even had hair in it. Overall, I was not impressed with the cleanliness or the quality of the food at Jack In The Box. I would not recommend dining here. 👎👎

Very nice work and employees. Only a short wait in the food. I was very impressed. Even though they didn’t hear me order curly fries,(and I asked for them) they supplied me with some. Awesome job team.
