Jack in the Box

I really haven't done a review of this Jack in the box yet, after posting 2 photos of the Sourdough Jack, cause of my business scheduled. Well! At least I took the time to look up on the only Jack in the box, we only have in Lawton, Oklahoma, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed with the food that they made, (Even know it may look weird) but I do have a problem with their service, more than their trouble employee issues, especially it takes a long time to get your food order to you, in your car, plus the restaurant looks dirty from the inside, from the tables you sit in, to the soda fountain, maybe the bathrooms as well. Anyways, good but alright food there, but there's a lot of problems they really need to fix.

Someone, please…. Send help. Currently stuck in the drive through. My order was “taken” but didn’t see it on screen, or get a total. Was told to pull around… Now I’m stuck in the drive through, it’s been 15 minutes and the first car still hasn’t moved. Someone save me

Don’t bother Therese guys can’t follow smoke directions I ordered thru door dash my wife’s burger was mayo and lettuce only so apparently do is mine the sodas only 3/4 full and I guess I have to say I want draws with them Update you call these fries pathetic

I ordered a large combo and a root beer. Got my order and it was a small and a damn Dr Pepper. Mind you it took them 25-30 minutes to get me my food. This is by far the worst service I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. Needless to say I will not be back to this terrible establishment.

Went here at 12:50 am and was told at the drive-thru that their system was down and they could not take any more orders. We got stuck in the order line waiting for people ahead of us to get their food and exit the drive way! We waited needlessly for 15 minutes with no staff resolution.
