Jack in the Box

The food was okay, but the restroom had a very strong odor. It was hard to breathe inside, and the smell spread to the dining area. I hope the management can fix this soon.

We stopped here for 2 reasons, in this order … to use the bathroom and a quick lunch. There was a code for the bathroom and I expected the staff to make me buy something to get the code, BUT when I asked for the code, they just gave it!! Very nice of them! I also ordered some food which was as I would expect at a Jack in the Box, although the curly fries tasted a little different. Oh yeah, parking was also free!

I am a DoorDash driver. I came to this location around 12:30 AM to pick up an order. The lobby was closed, which is understandable, but no one helped me at the drive-thru either. I waited and tried to get their attention multiple times, but I was completely ignored while regular customers were being served. This caused me to lose time and money. Very unprofessional service.

My go-to spot whenever I hit up the beach cause it's right across from the waters. Parking can be difficult at times but it's one of the few fast food places available near the beach. Local favorite for sure and if you're lucky, you get front row seats to the PCH legend that greets and dances on the corner of the street.

This location is along the Coastal Hwy in Newport, Ca. Small store, older style, could definitely use some updating - completely.. The restrooms ( all 3 were Unisex) were not maintained, toilet seats broken, trash all over the floor, smelled bad!! I Dining room tables were dirty, so was the floor. Inspite of these observations, our meal was tasty & fries were hot & fresh. It would help management if a timely dining room & restroom check is done every hour or so. I would return one day to check.
