Jack in the Box

This place was better before the renovation. This place has gone down the drain. I had a bad experience with the App they push to “get deals”. Completely screwed up the order. Received a call from Vicky and was asked “so what do you want me to do? A refund or something?” I asked for the correct order. She was nice and said she wrote it down in the book and to just ask. Upon showing up to get my order I was met with attitude, and yep you guessed it.. The wrong order. Tried one more chance today to redeem a reward Item, 50 pts. for a spicy chicken sandwich and it literally tasted raw. I was unable to chew the meat, not sure if under cooked of left out for hours but I wound up discarding the item. It’s obvious why they are on Mohave County Health Dept. as “Needs Improvement”!! Food and service was great. I love these places as they have breakfast all day. The cashier was a cool guy and very nice. Could be a bit cleaner but it was around lunch.

Jack in the box was as amazing as I remember it to be! Traveling from Arkansas, we don't any jack in the box out there and boy I sure have missed the tacos and greasy burgers! Wanted the little mini tacos but they were out and their truck was being delivered that day so when we told the lady we were passing through she tried to discount our food but couldn't figure it out so she gave me my soda for free! Thank you so much for that!

I saw that the drive through was a long queue, so we decided to go inside instead. A bit difficult to find a space for the car, but we managed to find a spot next to the trucks parking area. My first time visit to jack in the box, so I don't know their standards, but my wrap was so so small, it was just a snack instead of a meal. For $3.29 I'd rather go for $8.29 wrap from Subway anytime.

Place was dirty bathrooms where dirty food was just not very good ordered a sourdough jack was just not appetizing bread with butter not toasted check out picture I don't like to complain and re order because you open yourself to well I wouldn't complain and get new food and eat it just put it that way but that's just me the the lady up front was nice but that was it.
