I hate that it took me this long but I needed to give a huge shout out to Yolanda. Why would an amazing human being she is. I DoorDash some food and when it got here there was an item missing. I called the store in Yolanda said yes she knew and she couldn't catch the DoorDash driver soon enough. She asked if she could get it for me another day I said it was actually for someone at my house He's dinner and she said okay let me see if I can get it to you. This woman actually got an her vehicle took my address down and brought it to my home. That right there is dedication at it's finest. I know people don't think fast food service is hard but I'm here to tell you it is. And for somebody to go above and beyond like that, well it shows you their character. I placed a drive-thru order, a small order of 5 pieces of chicken strips. They told me to park out front. After 8 minutes, my son went to ask about the order and they told him 5 more minutes, 25 minutes passed and they never came out to get me. I had to go inside to get my order only to be told: "Sorry, we forgot to bring it to you." This is simply ridiculous, this happened at evening, I hope the morning shift is better, anyway I'm not coming back here again at less I want to lose my time and got my food cold.

Got told to move to the parking lot from drive through to keep drive through times down and proceeded to wait over an hour for our food, and half of it was missing. There was 1 other car waiting for food, please retrain or hire new staff as I've worked plenty of fast food and an hour for food is ridiculous

Ordered doordash, 2 munchie meals, a fry and a drink. The meals had a coffee and a shake, and the drink was a coke. Instead I got 2 cokes, no shake, no coffee. Fries were cold, people really need to be more accurate. I've worked there in the past, horrible management that just wants to rush everything.

It’s jack in the box… it is delicious…if feels like no matter where you go they take forever to get your meal.. and generally get something wrong. Keep those expectations in those guidelines and you will be fine
