Jack in the Box

Generally speaking, service there has always been really good. That is until my last two visits, including this morning. Two mornings ago I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my breakfast that I placed via the mobile app. So, at least 25 minutes passed between my order, and the time it was handed to me at the counter (I got tired of waiting in my car). This morning, was worst. A combined time of over 30 minutes. Same guy working the window. This is not acceptable. I never have this problem with lunch when I get it there though. The food is always pleasant, so no complaints there. But breakfast is taking the fast right out of fast-food.

10/10 service, the young lady named Alaura took my order, repeated it clearly, and was super sweet! I had no wait time and went through drive thru around 1:50am for my work break. Bonus! Was greeted with a smile at the window!

Alaura at the jack in the box on 1960 and Lee rd , real cool. We had a long order, a lil tipsy after a long night .. she got got the whole order correct and was real patient w us. Customer service immaculate, will be back

Went into the store to redeem my t mobile Tuesday reward and the cashier stated I think you have to order online. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she stated there was none. Really? I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. I see why the rating is low.

The staff in this restaurant are RUDE. Specifically a girl named Gabby. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she deliberately took 27 mins to get us our food. We were on our way home from out of town, trying to feed our children, it was late, and we waited literally (looked at the computer behind the counter) waited 27 min and 35 sec for some food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! She caught an attitude as soon as we were ordering, and it only got worse. We were told to pull around, so they could keep their drive through numbers down, however, once we waited for 20 min I went inside, to see what was taking so long. Nothing. It took an additional 5-7 min and my wife coming inside for them to even ask me if I needed anything or to assist me. “Gabrielle V” FINALLT handed us our food but n
