Jack in the Box

I drove all the way from Georgia to get a taste of California. I had a great experience in this place. The lady with the drive-through Headphones was beyond nice to me and my family.

I waited quite a while for my food, even though I had already placed my order, on the mobile app. I went after dark and the drive through area was dark. I didn’t feel comfortable. When you start driving through the tight, enclosed entryway, you can’t drive away. You must continue to the drive through window. It was a little creepy, The service at the window was fine. The food was expensive and not good. The burger had very little flavor and reminded me of cardboard. We won’t go back there.

The food deserved negative stars. I've given them 2 chances, today was worst than last time Both times I didn't get a receipt. Wonder why? Won't eat at this location again. Guy working drive thru was nice though, both times.

Surprisingly not bad! The white guy up front was super helpful and informed me of everything they didn't have before I ordered. (Likely due to weather). Everything I ordered was made to order so that was 👌. Not cleanest of establishments but im not visiting to use the bathroom.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP! There’s literally sewage all over the floor, it’s coming from the restroom and it’s everywhere 🤮🤢🤮. Imagine the cooks and workers that use the restroom, and then carry all that sewage with them to cook your food, wow!!!! Then people wonder why you get sick.🤒
