Jack in the Box

I ordered 12 tacos and Non of my tacos had taco sauce they were all missing the sauce . Called the store and said they are sold out. Very disappointed. How could they not have any taco sauce. Very unprofessional. Not to mention I also went in a couple days ago for fries and the night shift gave me nasty staily fries. This place is horrible!!!!

Terminate the entire night crew, sad cold ild burger, unfresh loaded potatoes and stale tacos, why? Just why?

The staff was very ignorant and didn't care about customer service, bathroom are shut down, overcharged for meal than shrugs shoulders didn't care charged for a shake than later before good was done said sorry there is no ice cream for shake did not refund it. Terrible experience

I'll take Jack in the box over mcdonald's any day of the week! The food tastes better. And they have tacos and onion rings! The service takes a little bit longer, but that's only because they actually cook your food here. The jumbo Jack has to be my favorite burger from this restaurant. But I'm also very fond of the bonus Jack. It pops up on the menu every now and again, and then disappears for a year or so. The smash jack is also an excellent burger. That's the burger photographed below. My one criticism with Jack in the box is their fries. I usually stop here early in the morning, (3am) while i'm working. The french fries are super inconsistent! They are always overcooked, and you will get a mix of regular fries and curly fries. But for some reason, they're always cold! Overcooked and co
