Jack in the Box

Every time ive gone to jack in the box. They have messed up my order. How do you get fajita bowl from CHICKEN TERIYAKI 3 separate times. And when someone says no veggies you STILL ADD VEGETABLES. Today I ordered 3 teriyaki bowls 2 as meals and one as just the bowl all 3 with no vegetables. I got both of my meals but was missing just my bowl for my son. One of my meals came with vegetables after stating i wanted none on any of them. When my fiance went back the worker who talked to him was extremely rude and disrespectful and argued that we received all 3 when we did not. After fixing their mistake they THREW the fixed order across the counter and tried to walk away. He has to raise his voice in order to get the receipt back from them. Usually, I don't review food unless it's exceptional or awful, but today I was served rotting food. I was having a hard day as it was, and this made it significantly worse. Not only was the lettuce limp and discolored, but it also smelt sour and spoiled.

Jack in the Box is recognizable wherever you go and the food doesn't change that much, but the employees are what make people go back. The staff at this location are upbeat and still holding a professional standard. The store is clean and very well organized as well.

Went Xmas Eve and they were busy but were busy with a smile!! Either I am a wuss with the tacos now or they changed to spicier seasonings. Still pretty good!

We had been coming back from a school trip and wanted to get dinner and use yhe bathroom at Jack in the Box, when we tried to go into the lobby the staff had purposely locked the door(it was 6 o clock) because they did not want to feed such a big group(about 36 people) Very unprofessional and rude, I understand not wanting to have to make that much food, but not when it is your job. Very disappointed in their behavior.
