Over the past couple weeks I have had the worst service with their daytime crew and they decided they wanted to fight with me instead of replace the sandwich that they night crew messed up the night before when no one was answering the phone and they didn't give a receipt. so they refused to replace my food and decided to fight with me so I had to get a manager from another store on the phone and then they employee refused to talk to that manager. So hopefully they get fired. I'm tired of dealing with incompetence every time I try to eat food. I'm allergic to mayonnaise it was told to them that I have a food allergy they confirmed that at the window that it had no mayonnaise. I get home with my food and it has mayonnaise, I can't eat my food.. it's very late, they aren't answering the phon

My family and I gave this Jack and the box a second try. Not only we were missing a quarter of our order. The manager was very disrespectful. I went in to get the remaining items they forgot but I also asked for our little antenna guys that were supposed to come with our meal. The Spanish lady (very rude) I asked for them and she said there wasn't anymore. I told her there should be a sign by the meal stating they were out and she said can't you read and points to the sign stating the meal was limited addition not that the jacks were limited supply. She didnt even give me a chance to ask if they would be getting more and just walks away. Will not be wasting my money at an establishment where I feel like I putting out paid employees!! Worst Jack in the box in all of Oregon truly the most inconsiderate employees I’ve ever meet. I’m shocked they can operate with a crew like that. Absolutely 0 regard for customer satisfaction! I certainly won’t be going back to deal with their bad attitude again.

I was not allowed to wash my hands!!!! You can’t wash your hands until you buy food. It’s their policy the two boys said as they pose for a pic laughing. My partner offered our dinner cash for holding and they said no! Unreal It is also against the law and a violation of the health department. I would not employ these boys who cannot think for themselves. They smiled and laughed at me while I was almost to tears with the treatment my partner and I received. We were here for dinner after work and never got any food. I question if they even wash their hands without being told. The one star (I HAVE no choice but to give) I can mention the drive-thru appeared clean but it’s just a small area like those boys brains.

There are only two locations open at the time of this post. The one here in Eugene located on W. 6th Ave. & the one in our neighboring town of Springfield, on Pioneer Parkway. The one here in Eugene can definitely be a little shady to go to at night. There's a lot of homeless people around, but if you keep your windows closed, doors locked, & pretty much just focus on the car in front of you, you'll more than likely get through the drive thru with relatively little to no issues. A pretty good selection of food choices are offered on the menu from tacos & egg rolls to burgers/chicken sandwiches. The best part of their menu is that they offer breakfast items as well which you can get at any hour of the day. It's great because me personally, I go with my son and I usually get something more l
