Jack in the Box

Employees are kind to customers, I asked my burger well done, and they actually made it the way I ordered. It's pretty rare for that to happen, because often even though if I ask for well done they won't listen. One thing they could improve tho is to keep the soda dispensers stocked, it's not uncommon to find a bunch of drinks unavailable. Food is however not bad I would say. Overall, pretty good experience

I really only have been through the drive thru. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is usually fast. Great place for fast food. Food is always good, I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich or the double jumbo jack. Both are always very tasty. Also the taco's are good.

I ordered via UE. I got the spicy chicken wraps. One of the things i like about Jack is that it's moderately priced and usually fresh food. What i got today and about a week ago is making me not want to patron there. The wrap was stale, and the chicken was old and stale. One of the "strips" was barely a dried out nugget. I just want to say that if you hate your job so much that you can't serve customers who make your check possible, then you need to find somewhere else to work. 2 stars because at least the fries were hot.

Homeless surrounding the area- can’t even roll down your window to place your order because they are pressing you for money . Paid $12 bucks for a breakfast sandwich that looks like this . Got my food fast which I thought was a plus , but now I see they serve low quality . Don’t recommend this jack in the box.

Went to drive thru. Had a great quick order and conversation with the clerk. He was very professional and kind. Area has the high school and college around☺️Great customer service and people friendly with a smile.
