Badly scraped my truck this morning in the drive thru due to an employee trying to guide me past his pressure washer in the drive thru. It could have easily been moved out of the way. Talked to on site management and he took my phone number for owner to call me. No response. Obviously they don't care about their customers or their employees actions.

I was hungry since I had been in the hospital for over 12 hours. I came by this location to buy me a burger meal. I was there at 2:45am on Tuesday morning, I went home and took a bite out of my burger. The hamburger meat was RAW! There was a lot of pink in my meat! I didn’t even get a receipt for my order but I will definitely complain to them in the morning. I hate to be that person but I feel the need to let them know so they’re aware of what they’re doing. I was so disgusted and disappointed!!

Whoever is working the drive thru, needs to learn how to listen. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and I made sure to ask for extra dipping sauce. But when I got to the window the girl stated that I would be charged extra for the sauce I had asked for with my order, back at the menu.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a salad and 3 chicken strips on the side (Order under the name Miquel R). Unfortunately, the salad came with brown, wilted lettuce, which was clearly not fresh. When I asked for a refund, the employee told me she “didn’t know how to process it.” On top of that, she falsely claimed that she had asked me something she never did, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. The customer service was extremely poor, and no effort was made to correct the issue or offer a solution. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to others.
