Jack in the Box

Worst experience. No one greets you at all. There is a register facing the customer that says kiosk so apparently the customer is supposed to place their own order. I think this is rude I don’t get paid to do the employee’s job. I will not return

I didn’t even get to order anything. No employee greeted me at the speaker mind you I was the only one in drive through and well the entire restaurant was empty. After saying hello a couple of times and waiting a bit I decided to drive to the window. NO ONE WAS SEEN. There was 2 cars out there so not sure where they were maybe hiding lol. Idk jack send me coupons for my time.

Me and my friend went to the Jack in the Box location to eat breakfast, and while we were there, we overheard two employees, a lady named Jocelyn and another named Dora, talking badly about customers and other employees who work there. They were speaking loudly, using disrespectful language, and laughing about people in a way that was really unprofessional. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone sitting nearby, and it didn’t feel like the kind of environment where customers should have to listen to that while eating. They also seemed to be gossiping about their coworkers, saying negative things about how certain people worked and even making fun of some customers who had just left. It gave us a bad impression of the store and made us feel disrespected as customers.

Well I ordered a double patty chicken sandwich....2 of them to be exact.....and got only one chicken patty on both of them. Its literally a computer mobile app order, how the hell do you mess that up? And messed up both sandwiches......at the same time..... Never going back.

Pulled up to drive through and no one answered. Pulled back around and same. Lazy... white Buick suv in the parking lot.
