The evening staff is awesome, as well as Francisco the manager. Can’t say the same about morning staff, as multiple times I have received the wrong order/food items, I hardly get a receipt. And I’ve had to drive back to fix the issue because the number on here is not correct to address the issue. I’ve added a picture of the phone number they have in store. Food is always made fresh on every order tho.

I stopped by for lunch today and I decided to check this place out I saw everything new and clean it’s now my favorite place to eat fast food the people working here are great they are fast and super nice they told me they just move and it was the grand opening I really enjoyed being there keep up the good work great people I definitely come back any time any day I love jacks treats they are my favorites best shakes ever try out strawberry 👍

I was genuinely impressed by the dine-in experience here! They served the food in a basket without the wrapper, which was a really cool touch. It gave me a nostalgic vibe, reminding me of old-school spots like Jim's or Tom's back when black-and-white TVs were the 'plasmas' of the day. The food was incredibly fresh. I tried the Smashed Jack, and after one bite, I truly believe the label that it was voted the best fast-food burger. The restaurant itself definitely needs an update—it shows its age—but I know the location relies heavily on the lunch rush from the local factories. Despite the older building, the fresh food and that classic basket presentation make it a winner. Will be back!"

The staff are friendly and polite, the food is served quickly, and the food is delicious.🤪

I'm sorry to say that this is the first time I get a person at the drive through window that doesn't know how to listen at all. It was useless to keep talking to him. He's probably new and still needs to learn a bit more English, I understand. But he shouldn't be at drive through yet till he gains more customer service experience and training. 😕
