Jack in the Box

When you want to get away from the traffic and all the struggle and hassle that you have had from all day just come in and stop and Jack in the box their staff are friendly they're timing is a little long but the food is well worth it they're accurate on the orders and the dining area is nice and clean suitable to relax and enjoy your meal with your friend or by yourself! At least until the traffic on the highway calms down or then you can get back onto your daily activities!

Being from the PNW (pacific north west) i have always loved jack in the box. I came here tonight to grab dinner on the way home from work for the family and I was pleasantly greeted by Zachary right away. Super pleasant to deal with and super friendly. I dont see that a lot in the fast food industry but Zachary was well above and beyond my expectations! You have a great team member on your staff.

It’s been a year since i’ve been back to Jacks and forgot how much this location is my favorite one. My bestfriend never tried this location and she said it’s way better than the other ones. Big shout out to the guy that was manager tonight - running the show. Such a kind soul with respect.

My friend and I put in mobile orders. We told them at the 10 minute mark that we were there, and then went through the drive thru as directed. After waiting at the window for over ten minutes, they finally talked to me as said that they had to remake a couple of things on my friend and I's orders. After getting home, I realized they forgot the Tacos of my friends' order, and made my sandwich and her Crispy Fajita bowl wrong, adding the things we had requested taken off in the mobile order (with the receipts on the bags confirming that!) This place hasn't had such an issue before, but there was a lot of things done wrong today that make me leave this review.

My boyfriend and I have been together here twice now and both times the same employee a lady had very poor customer service. Seems like anything that we needed our drink cups, and sauces I paid for were too much of a bother for her. I'm a customer service guru. I worked in that industry for so long. Just need to get better on the customer service and we will keep coming back. Because I love the sourdough jack.
