I’m not sure how this place stays in business. Super convenient to my house but today will be my last time. Service is always horrible, usually wait at the counter without getting a greeting hands down every time. Then the lady is just plain rude, she’s rushes you and makes me feel uncomfortable. Why do they only have like 4 fountain drink options? Dr. Pepper, hi-c, lemonade and something else. My food today was gross. My sourdough burger was grilled on one side and not the other one the other side was soggy, you can see from the picture that the cheese wasn’t even melted so clearly My sandwich was not even warm. My curly fries were OLD. I think they use to pride themselves on making things per order but must not be the case anymore. They need to get someone in there who cares about that p

I desperately needed to use the bathroom at 9:40pm when many places closed, and the person behind the counter was incredibly kind and thoughtful. This establishment was also very clean, both inside the bathroom and food/seating area. Would come again to get the good food and drinks.

You'll stand at the counter for 10 mins, they will look right at you and still not take your order and ignore you. "Hello, can I order please?!" Nothing. Whoever runs this store, you need to assess. The service is abysmal. I won't be coming back.

I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. I got the cream and sugar but no stir stick. I went back to get the stir stick. Not only did they not apologize for their mistake and for my inconvenience, they were rude to me as if I should have just used my dang finger or something. All they said was they weren’t giving me a new free coffee over a stir stick. I’m not asking for anything free. I’m not being rude to you. Yet you’re the one who screwed up and you are being rude to me. How is, “sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s your stir stick” not the first and only response that immediately comes to mind in this situation for any customer service provider? Management at that branch needs to have a talk with their staff about some very basic fundamentals of customer service.

Waited for 18min at the drive thru window for our order. Everything was just warm, things not correctly made (sauce on tacos when we asked for none). Employees on their phones in view. My daughter's chicken nuggets were tiny and cold
