Was apprehensive having BBQ at a strip mall and ended up having the best Experience in my 60 years of existence! 1st The Greens were perfect with a slight crunch and not soggy I even sopped up what was left with the garlic bread The chopped pork served on top of the bread was a nice touch. The rest rooms were something cut out of better homes and gardens Very friendly staff!

All of their food is first rate. The chopped pork is really good. The baked beans delicious. As is their collard greens. The service was excellent. We didn't get the lady's name but she was pleasant and funny. I would love to go again if I'm ever in the area.

Went in for the first time today and got a half-rack to go - amazing! The lady, I'm assuming she is the owner, is an absolute blessing to speak with! The mix of sweet and spicy sauces were delicious! Definitely made a new customer for life for me.

I work very close to JT’s, but on night shift, so I finally got the chance today to try it out. They did not disappoint!!! I had the brisket with baked beans and collard greens with a surprise sample of Mac-n-cheese. OMG it was all a delicious explosion of flavors. The brisket was tender and juicy. There were some secret spices in the beans along with the sweet, thick sauce, and a very slight hint of heat in their greens. My only regret is having waited so long to get here! And working mostly when they’re closed. Don’t pass the chance to grab some really great food and meet some really nice people. It’s a small dining area so when they’re busy you may want an order to go. But don’t let that stop you!
