J. R. Crickets Union City

This is my worst experience at a JR CRICKETS IN UNON CITY GEORGIA on Jonesboro Rd. I WILL NEVER eat from here AGAIN just look at my pictures below and you will see why…SMDH. I have never experienced a JR crickets where the wings was the size of a baby toe and the chicken was raw on the inside with lots of blood coming out of it. I tried to call the store over 30 times to complain and NOBODY picked up the phone. I placed my order at 7:30 and picked the order up at 8 o’clock and called the store back from 8:15 to 9 o’clock. The store directory said this location in Union City Ga on Jonesboro Rd did not close until 10 so why are they not picking up the phone because I’m trying to get a refund and COMPLAIN because this FOOD was HORRIBLE. This food was not worth $43. Give me my money back P

The bartender needs improvement on customer service and attention. It should be no reason I have to yell to get her attention. She was constantly on the phone and also it got to a point when another customer asked "Is there a bartender working!?". Especially it being a slow day. Food is always good so no complaints there it's more so customer service.

The waitress was more interested is herself and a male clientele she only checked in on me 1 time…. The level of service was a minus 20. I want be coming back to this spot… the Calamari tasted burnt maybe the oil needs changing. I don’t know smh 🤦‍♀️. I enjoy listening to music there was music in the background for it was faint. Overall experience sucx.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience was so awesome the other night, I had to. I visited the Union City store with my family. I ordered the fried Salmon bites . 🗣️OMG they were seasoned and fried to perfection. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We didn’t have one complaint! The drinks were made just right and the vibe and atmosphere was even better. Chef Taco came out and chatted with us for a quick minute while she was out greeting a few guests. You can tell that she takes pride in her craft and her kitchen staff. She mentioned some cooks that she’s working with & that they also made part of our meals. Their food was very delicious!!. I would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back soon! You can’t beat a good time annnnnd good food!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered almost $70 worth of food, which included extremely nasty and soggy fried mushrooms, one 12 bone rib plate and a 6 bone rib plate with fries. I cannot believe a cook would put this crap on our plates. Absolutely terrible for them to charge that much for ribs and give us about what looked like 2 ribs chopped up. They were burnt, small, and stringy. Just look at the photo and see for yourself. I will never ever ever order from the location again!
