Jim has done my taxes for years, but I live several towns over and a couple of years ago, I tried somebody who lived closer to my home. The other guy was a disaster and we paid $11,000 more to IRS than we should have. The other guy said there was no way to retrieve the money. We went back to Jim, he filled out some forms and the IRS returned the money to us! I will use Jim until the day he retires!
