J. Joel Edwards Public Library

The staff at the J. Joel Edward’s Library truly makes it shine. The manager Tory, Izzy, and Sarah are knowledgeable about the collection, always eager to assist patrons with recommendations tailored to their interests. We loved taking my nephew to the summer reading program, the reptile guy and the fire truck days were his favorite.

My daughter visited the library today along with a couple of her friends and the mother of one of the friends. All of the girls got books however my daughter (9 years of age) was denied. The library worker told her it was because of a $13 overdue fine. Simple, no big deal I’ll pay the fine…my problem is had I known I was overdue I would’ve have either A. Paid the fine a long time ago seeing how when I called the lady said it was from 2024, it’s now almost July 2025, or B. Sent her with money so she could pay it and she could’ve gotten a book like the rest of her friends. I called the library worker to explain that I had no clue I even had an overdue fine (I’m not a mind reader), she said I should’ve gotten a text or email which I got neither..and then claimed that they’re are all a new cr

Great big library. Come on out and use your library. Take advantage of all the great space and the network they have too offer.

I've always enjoyed this location. Staff are always friendly and interactive with peoples. Location is also very clean. I always go here to print out important emails for work and such when needed. Fair prices for that as well. They even have cooking classes and movie nights on occasions!! Awesome place!!

My daughter loved going to pick out books. They have a very large selection.
