We walked on and it seemed like we were forgotten about. Literally we were 30 seconds from leaving and the server said has anyone helped you. We said no and she was so apologetic, after that she took our order right away. I appreciate the server for recognizing our frustration and took care of us. Food was OK, but the best part was the server recognizing the issue and correcting it.

My husband and I have started frequenting J Christopher’s and let’s just say each time is AWESOME! We ran into the GM Kevin at both locations and he goes above and beyond with the team! I’ve seen him hop in to help wait tables and that alone is very impressive😊 The food is impeccable and the service is top tier! Each time we got deliciously cooked food and it’s never a long wait for your order! Oh, & let me add it’s very affordable! You get a lot of bang for your bucks! Can’t wait to get back!

I have been coming to this location over 10 years, today was the first time that me and my wife were disappointed with the quality of the food. I always order a chicken Malibu sandwich with potatoes and bacon. Everything was completely different and not as flavorful as usual. My family and I visit this location atleast once a month. I would love to come back and enjoy the taste and quality that I remember.

I have to say that this was a nice and pleasant restaurant for brunch. The service was phenomenal. Some of the best service I've ever received. The food was good and fresh. The atmosphere was okay. A nice renovation and it would be perfect. Still a great restaurant to go for brunch with pretty decent prices for the amount of food you receive. I'll definitely go back.

We came on Sunday 10/26/25. Halloween ambiance. We were greeted by a very friendly shark. Then our server was a very cool Avatar. She suggested some option on our menu which I liked. The service was great. Food is always good. Keep up the good work and great energy. Thank you
