If you appreciate good sushi without paying high-end prices, Izumi Sushi is a place you shouldn’t miss. The quality and freshness of the sushi easily compare to upscale sushi restaurants, yet the pricing is very reasonable. From salmon and sweet shrimp to tobiko and many other options, every plate tastes fresh and well-prepared. The variety is excellent, making it easy to try different types of sushi in one visit. This is also a great place for adults to relax and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is comfortable and elegant, perfect for conversations with family or friends. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner or a relaxed gathering, the experience feels enjoyable and unhurried. What really stands out is the consistency—fresh ingredients, good portion sizes, and fair pricing every time we

Love a fun Conveyor belt sushi! The space feels aesthetic and modern, the menu is pretty extensive, and the sashimi quality great. Plates we got were around $5-$7, with at least 2 generous pieces of sushi or sashimi. The salmon and otoro sashimi are one of the biggest and fattest slices I got at a restaurant. Our must-orders: * Kobe beef - lightly seared, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth * Salmon belly nigiri - rich, fatty, and so smooth * Otoro sashimi and salmon sashimi - perfect balance of lean and fatty * Spider temaki - crispy soft shell crab was so yummy You can grab plates straight off the conveyor belt or order from the tablet and have it delivered via trains to your table. It's fast, fun and dangerously easy to keep stacking plates. If you're at Westfield Oakridge and craving sushi

Izumi at Oakridge is my go-to spot when I want quick, fun, and affordable sushi. The revolving belt makes it easy to try a little bit of everything, and the touchscreen ordering system is super convenient when you want something specific. The salmon nigiri is always fresh and buttery (especially the seared options), and I like that portions are generous for the price. Service is fast, and the vibe is casual—perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Overall, great value, solid quality, and a fun dining experience.

I finally checked out Izumi at Oakridge Mall. They’ve been open for about two months, and since I usually go to Sanraku at the same mall, that’s my baseline. Overall, the sushi quality is actually fairly good and the pricing is about average for conveyor-belt sushi. The concept itself is fun. When I was there, the conveyor belt was moving quickly, though only one side was running, and the restaurant was pretty empty. Ordering through the tablet was easy, and my spicy salmon roll arrived via a small robotic server, which was honestly pretty cool. There wasn’t much human interaction overall. Traditional service wasn’t great, but the mechanical and robotic aspect is fun, especially for kids. Because it was so quiet and I was seated toward the front, I could clearly hear the servers chatting

Great and fun place to visit with friends or for a casual date. The conveyor belt sushi setup is a fun touch. The items look fresh, and you can also order directly from the device. The sushi overall is pretty good, and the beef rice bowl is definitely a must try! They offer a wide variety of options, which is great. One word of caution: avoid the item labeled Walu. It’s actually escolar, a fish known to cause digestive issues. It shouldn’t even be on the menu.
