iWON Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

So I decided to bring the family of 4 out to dinner to try out a new restaurant and I saw they had a special they were advertising online and on their door when you walk in. My kids were excited to try the hot pot but the waitress said it wasn’t offered 🤷🏻‍♀️ guess they were missing the fine print cause it didn’t say anything about excluding Father’s Day?? The waitress asked if we been here before and we told her no but she still didn’t explain how it worked. Either way we ordered a few meats to start and went to the salad bar. Except they didn’t have salad?? They need sides to complement the meat as well as seasonings for the meat. Once we got our meat it was all bland wish the table had spices. We had a really great experience here, food, service and atmosphere were all great. Very friendly staff, good recommendations, food was amazing. We highly recommend iWon

We went on a Saturday evening around 5 p.m. We were sat immediately. The server explained how everything worked and was very polite and professional. The food was fresh and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We felt like the price was more than fair. Also, the bathrooms were clean. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will be visiting again.

This place is awesome, it was our first time here and we enjoyed EVERYTHING (we just got the BBQ option). Our server Cassidy was soooo patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly — she made it a wonderful experience (thanks to her, I would definitely consider coming back!). I had a lot of fun experimenting with different types of cuts, meats, and cooking/dipping sauces (experiments that you have to eat though lol, so please don’t be wasteful). I cook a lot at home so BBQ’ing was very easy to get the hang of after a while. Had such a fun date night :)

The waiter didn’t refill our water, so we had to ask after our glasses were already empty. When adding broth to our hot pot, they poured it directly from another pot into ours, which felt unhygienic. On top of that, the beef-slicing machine in the dining area was extremely loud and disruptive. I’ll attach a video so others can see what happened. .
