It's Boba Time - Canoga Park

1. The Thai tea was terrible, don't order it. 2. The service there was extremely poor; they were indifferent and unresponsive. Perhaps because it was my child's order, they missed several numbers, and when my child asked, there was no response. It was as if they couldn't hear us. They only started processing our order when I went to the front desk to ask why our order number was listed earlier but our milk tea hadn't arrived. With this attitude, I will never come back, and I hope everyone will choose carefully. This is the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Update（2/23/2026）: The owner mentioned a refund, but my main concern was the service experience. Even if there was a system or hardware issue, some communication would have helped a lot.

Avoid coming here on weekends (especially Saturdays and Sundays). The staff is too few, and the number of orders is overwhelming. Expect long wait times, confusion, and a bit of chaos. The drinks are good, and the quality is consistent — but weekend service is seriously understaffed. Weekdays are much smoother, so if you want a better experience, come then.

Saw the place while shopping, went in without checking reviews. Browsed the selection and ordered the Brown sugar Bubble Milk off of the touch panel. Took a seat and looked around, it's a nice looking place, well lit and nicely decorated. My order was ready, picked it up and went back to the table. I've had Brown sugar Bubble Milk before, in fact I've had it at least 10 times, in different shops, and different countries. This one was the weakest one of them all, tasted like milk with the slightest hint of brown sugar. I tried stirring it, shaking it, and even swerling it! It never got any better. After drinking about half of it I tossed it out. Can't recommend this place.

My fiancée loves her Thai Tea from here. Since we were shopping inside the mall, this Boba Time location was convenient for us. When we got to the place, they had a long line for just ordering because they only had 2 employees working. I think we waited in line for about 15 minutes and then it took another 15 minutes for the drink to come out. They closed indoor dining likely due to covid so it's understandable. The Thai Tea came out great and my fiancée loved it.

Large space with plenty of seating. Line is long and seems like not enough workers. I ordered Hawaiian fruit tea, which is supposed to come with pineapple chunks and chip seeds.... it came with neither; only the lychee jelly i added. I added a picture of what it's supposed to look like and what I got (which was pretty much passion fruit tea.) I paid 8 dollars for a tea that cost around 6.... ridiculous. Don't recommend
