Italia Pizza

This is now hands down my go to pizza spot in Bloomfield NJ. its at the corner of Bloomfield & Glenwood Ave and sadly parking here is awful. There is paid and unpaid street parking if you can find a spot and a paid parking deck close by. Bu let me tell you the pizza is hand made and really hits the spot 😋😍. Taste like NYC pizza but affordable. It's priced so anyone can afford it and what makes this even better is the owner is down to earth and friendly.

I rarely leave reviews, but have to give this guy his flowers. We moved to Bloomfield about a year ago after living in NYC and Brooklyn, and have yet to find an authentic (or close to) New York style pie, and we’ve tried many local spots. We love Brick and Dough for Neapolitan, but this is the only legit NY pie in the area. (For reference, my go-to’s in the city are Scarr’s, L’Industrie, or John’s Bleecker.) We will definitely be back! Keep it up Benny, thank you for the real deal.

I came here with my father and sister. We tried the tomato pie and plain pie slices. The gentleman helping us was great. Our food was nice and hot. Both slices were delicious. They were crispy and held their shape. The flavor was fresh and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

My favorite pizza place in town. This is our top go to spot when we want pizza take out. The pies are large and oh so very thin crust, a delicious tomatoe sauce and cheese mixture. And the veggie pie is the best veggie pie I’ve ever had. Flavored veggies that aren’t watery like other places or bland/too raw. One man shop it seems like, and very friendly. A classic NJ pie.

Nice mom and pop pizzeria, and the best part it’s not far my house. First time here so I order the plane pie to go and I can say this I’m not disappointed. The pie was well made and you can tell he use high quality ingredients. Ben was super nice and he treats you like family. So if in the area check this place out.
