This place is exactly what you want when say you want the locals pizza! The staff is unbelievable and extremely friendly! The pizza is usually the go to! For change it’s never disappointing to get a sandwich or pasta!
My Favorite Pizza , spaghetti sauce and Bread yummy I grew up on this restaurant wish this place would come to the Quadcities!!! The pizza here is blah compared to the family owned since my grand parents .. Of you have a chance going through Morrison order a Pizza cooked or Half baked and a loft of bread and scoops of sauce YUMMY...
This is a nice little family type Italian restaurant in a small town. Parking can be a challenge as it is along a one way with many other businesses They appear to do a bang-up carryout business. As there was a line the whole time we were there. There was only 1 waitress who did fantastic at keeping up with the whole eat in customers and the carryout people. The menu is varied with pizza, pastas but also it has sandwiches. We ordered way more food than we could eat but it will be nice for leftovers. The food came out quickly, fresh and hot, the server warned us that the pasta and bowls were very hot and she was not kidding.
Ordered a pizza here and it was terrible. The inconsistent pizzas here are unbelievable. Save your money and buy a frozen pizza. Would give it a negative star if I could. The fact someone cut and shoveled the pile of garbage into box for delivery is unbelievable. At least lower the price, when you decide to make garbage. No good place in Morrison for a pizza anymore. Happy joes has the same problem. So now I have to go out of town for a pizza or get a frozen pizza. Apparently it is really hard to make a consistent pizza.
Always friendly; always great food. The restaurant might be situated in the Midwest, but the servers offer a “southern charm” that set you at ease. The dining room is small and intimate, but quite cold in the autumn and winter since take-out orders are being picked up on a near constant basis through the main entrance. I typically sit in a window nook to avoid the blasts of cold air blowing through the open door. The only way to fix this is to open a new location for delivery and pickup, but that seems remote. So don’t leave your mittens and hats in the car because you may need them if you will be dining inside the restaurant during winter. One might be better joining the line of take-out orders and returning home than eating inside during colder months. If I could offer a suggestion for
