If you haven't been here. Drove by and wondered. Maybe they weren't open and you thought, I'll come back. And haven't. TAKE SOME TIME AND STOP HERE. You will not be disappointed! I ordered the salmon bites. Came with two sides. I chose plantains and seasoned rice. What a treat to say the least. I will be back. Thank you!

So so so good! I'd driven past this food truck a few times on the way home and finally decided to stop by. The owner was so sweet and was able to answer my questions and give me recommendations. Even offered to give me a sample so I could choose between the curry or the stew chicken. They load you up with food, and you even get a salad with your meal. The food was fresh, well seasoned, and very flavorful. Highly recommend checking it out! I'll be going again for sure.

Visited on 2/20/26. I ordered the Jerk Chicken combo, which comes with two sides and a small salad (I chose seasoned rice and mac & cheese). The owner was very friendly and even gave me complimentary small sides of potato salad and coleslaw to try, which I appreciated. The jerk chicken was the highlight — very flavorful, well-seasoned, and tender. I would definitely order that again, and next time I’ll probably just get the jerk chicken by itself. To be honest, the sides didn’t stand out as much. The rice and mac & cheese were okay but could use a bit more flavor. The potato salad was a little bland for my taste, and the coleslaw was slightly more liquid-based than I prefer. They were also out of several side options at the time, which was a little inconvenient, though I understand that

Happen to ride on Mt hope saw the food truck and decided to get take out for dinner. Man the owners were very nice. The food was great I have to go back to get the Salmon bites. Go check them out we needed a carribiean style restaurant in lansing.

The food at this food truck is AMAZINGGGG!!! I literally have been twice since their opening. Great customer service as well! Definitely recommend. I’ve attached a pic of my plate I got three extra Johnny cakes lol it’s just that good.
