I got to swing by to taste this hidden gem this week. The location was easy to find and I was met with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door from JMiyah who was attentive and helpful. She quickly took my order and answered all my questions about menu offerings. The location was extremely clean and had music playing just loud enough to enjoy while waiting or dining in. I got the Jerk Chicken with rice and peas, cabbage and plantain. I also ordered a beef patty, a piece of bbq chicken and a pineapple soda. The beef patty was good, it was hot with a flaky crust and had just the right amount of spice. The bbq chicken was surprisingly my favorite thing that I tried. It was cooked to perfection and this sticky bbq sauce was the perfect chefs kiss. I also enjoyed the Jerk Chicken, th

I brought my friend with me, and he got jerk chicken with rice and steamed veggies. He said he really enjoyed the jerk sauce that came with it and that it gave it the exact flavor he was looking for. I’m a wing girl so I wanted the jerk wings and the Jamaican hot sauce ooooouu it was spicy but that’s exactly what I needed. I also wanted to try the pink sparkling grapefruit and it was good◡̈ I’ve been to Jamaica before, and I felt like I was there through the food, music, and ambience. The decor was so cute and I’m excited about this place even tho it’s further out than I live I would like to come back to try more off the menu.

I’m a huge fan of Jamaican food. My parents were both born in Jamaica and this is the food I grew up on. This place by far has the most authentic Caribbean food I’ve had since I moved to Austin. My wife and I definitely enjoyed our experience here. First of all, we tried the Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken plates. Both were flavorful. I preferred the Jerk Chicken plate as it had a nice kick. They also poured jerk sauce on the rice and peas and they gave a side of Jerk sauce on the side too. They also had hot pepper sauce for us to add to our food. Secondly, I appreciated the level of customer service. As soon as we walked in, we received a warm greeting with a smile. The staff were friendly and provided us with recommendations for food and drinks. The food also came out extremel

I recently went to Island Riddim Jerk & BBQ Grill, and everything was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great from start to finish. I had the beef patties, and they were so good—flavorful and cooked perfectly. The curry was delicious too, and they have a nice variety of different sodas to choose from. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. My friend ordered the ribs, and those were just as delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked right. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great service. I’m actually planning an upcoming party and would love for them to cater because I want my friends to experience the same great food and vibe that I did.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff were friendly, welcoming, thanks to shamarre, he made the experience even better. Absolutely amazing Jamaican food! The flavors were on point and tasted truly authentic. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The jerk chicken and her wings was tender and full of flavor, the sides were delicious, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, just like home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone craving real Jamaican cuisine 🇯🇲🔥
