This hidden gem is what community js all about. Ozello is home to some of the finest fishing on the face of the Earth and is home to even better folks. The onwers are in a first name basis with everyone and the food is made with care. Top off your tackle and all the essential for a good day in the water after breakfast ir some if the best old fashioned cheeseburger before you get home and have to wash the boat. Don't miss out on the Outpost. They make you feel like family and if you're lucky get a picture on that wall next to the other fisherman and fellow catches of a lifetime! Stopped here for breakfast during our group ride on Ozello Trail, and this place absolutely delivered. I tried the shrimp omelette — first time ever having shrimp in an omelette — and wow, it was incredible. So fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The grits were spot on too — creamy and seasoned just right. Everyone in our riding group couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. The service was friendly and quick, and the laid-back coastal vibe made it a perfect stop before hitting the twisties again. If you’re riding through Ozello Trail, make sure to stop by Island Post — you’ll be glad you did.

This place is amazing. Service was excellent, even with all tables being full. The food came out hot and looked and tasted great. Kitchen staff usually delivered the meals. Even though it was a open box atmosphere, it was very well done. It was definitely worth the drive.

Awesome little restaurant. Truly great service, great food, clean and pleasant environment. Reasonable prices too. Fish sandwiches were yum.

Absolutely a 100% enjoyable afternoon lunch. A place that's family friendly. Good price,our subs were packed well with meat on a fresh roll. Fries were hot & delicious. Enjoyed the small tal & recommendations of hard ciders or beer.
