Excellent communication, I was well Informed ahead of time when my furniture would be arriving. Yasmin and Migeul arrived exactly on time and they were professional and courteous, they brought the furniture into the building and up the elevator and placed it perfectly in my apartment. The service could not have been better. They even helped to dispose of the boxes. I highly recommend them -five stars for sure.

I was thoroughly impressed with this delivery service! From communication regarding delivery to delivery men. I had a power bedframe & mattress delivered & set up. The delivery men were super efficient. Both men removed shoes, did a really quick set up & removed all packing materials. Made sure we were happy with set up & showed my husband how to use remote features. Thoroughly exceeded expectations. I was a bit nervous ordering bed on line from Sealy with white glove delivery as we live in a rural area, but wow my husband & I were both impressed with the service we received. I’d highly recommend this company

In the pictures you will find the damage to 6 of the 8 chairs from shipment which is the least of my concerns. There is one chair with two Missing bolts, two chairs with cross-threaded bolts, and nearly every single allen head is stripped out completely. When checked by hand each bolt is either finger-tight, or overtightened with the 3/8 impact gun they used to install each bolt. The table itself has one, yes ONE bolt installed with the correct washer, four bolts with no washer at all and the bolts drilled down into the wood, and one missing altogether. Only the two armchairs appear to have all their hardware and even those had loose bolts. The level of incompetence in assembling this dining set is beyond accidental and I am leaning more towards actually malicious intent. If one bolt was

The guys that dropped off our sofa were super professional, thorough (with clean up and taking pictures), careful (did not damage the couch or house when bringing in the very heavy--250 lb-- sofa; and did not track-in dirt or bring packaging inside). The men were also very polite. I would definitely work with them again.

You guys were great! My fiancée & I had both ordered a massage chair, but we didn’t realize the other had ordered. Long story short, we love it but you need to pick up the one in the garage. Thanks, Matt
