Island Cafe

The food was great and the service overall started off okay — the atmosphere was nice and the dishes tasted fresh. We ordered two omelets and the Island Bowl. However, we added avocado and weren’t told the price ahead of time like they usually do, which was surprising. Unfortunately, our server seemed to have an attitude the whole time, and it made us feel uncomfortable and judged. It really changed the experience, even though the food itself was good. I hope management takes note, because we like coming here and would love to see more consistent and welcoming service.

Absolutely delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere! The staff are always friendly, positive, and smiling. They really know how to recommend the best dishes, and every meal I’ve had here has been excellent. A truly pleasant place to spend time highly recommended!

Server Trisha was friendly and sweet! Orchard salad was excellent. Large portions & lots of options.

Great corned beef hash, but the quality varies by the day. Portions are generous and tasty, and the shakes are made with real ice cream. It gets a little loud (like some small-town restaurants do) but everyone was polite and helpful. Definitely added this to my Return List.

The syrup is brown corn syrup, nothing maple about it. Kinda gross. Otherwise the food was ok, not great. Three people plus a tip $82.00 was definitely pricey for this breakfast. We got seated immediately, and once we ordered our food arrived quickly. The staff were all very pleasant. My partner says don't order the breakfast ham. We won't be going back. 🤷🏽‍♀️
