Island Barbeque and Catering

Island Barbeque catered my wedding and I could not recommend them more! The food was amazing! I had 3 guests with gluten intolerances and they catered to their dietary needs and had special plates made up to make sure there was no cross contamination. 100% recommend them for any event!

We had Island BBQ for our wedding. We got the smoked Mac & cheese, pulled pork, red skin potatoes and roast beef AuJus. Everything was delicious. They packed up and put everything away for us without a bother. I highly recommend.

Driving by Island BBQ and the smell in the air made me turn around a half.mile down the road. They had just opened and hour before we got there I got a brisket meal with coleslaw and smoked Mac and cheese and it came to $17 and some change Brisket: 1/5 It was obscenely dry and tasteless.. zero smoke flavor and way overcooked.. no smoke ring no nothing.. it looked polar opposites of what they show on their website plus side it was a fair portion. Mac n cheese: 3/5. It was very cheesy and tastes good with a mild smoked paprika flavor. The noodles were overcooked and soggy Coleslaw: 5/5. The coleslaw was great.. not your typical slaw. Has a nice pepper bite but with a mild sweetness and zing... BBQ Sauce 5/5 The star of the show was the original BBQ sauce.. it was absolutely delicious

Fun spot! Burgers are great, onion rings are divine! Once every so often there is music and beverages available

They make the absolute best black raspberry shakes. I had the Reuben sandwich today and it was amazing just like every thing else I've ate there love the weekends when you get the full menu (from the truck and the stand) smoked mac and cheese is simply to die for.... been getting from them since before they opened the stand and was selling out of the truck up at the RV sales place parking lot out side of C-town... pulled Pork with pineapple bbq sauce yummy and butter garlic are my go to items.
