Terrible and cannot recommend. 0/10. They were offering a discount on membership with a free trial period, So thought I would give it a try. You place your order and there is a fee. OK, I’m good with that. You have to tip the driver. OK I’m good with that. I get my items and a paper receipt in the bag. The digital receipt had every item upcharged and I was charged twice for bags. Not OK with that. I Reach out to customer service and they totally don’t listen. Just kept saying those are the prices that the vendor charged When I clearly had the receipt with different prices. So despite having the ‘free’ trial period and you pay a membership. Then you pay fees. Then you you pay more than the actual store is charging for each item. Then you tip. Maybe it’s worth it to some people, but that

I am extremely perturbed with instacart! These people tricked me into a membership, as I was ordering my groceries and when I called to have them cancel their deceptive membership, they claim that by simultaneously placing a grocery order I did not qualify for membership cancellation. I called their customers service within an hour or two of placing the order when I noticed that $55.00 in addition to the cost of my groceries had been debited from my bank account. They claim, oh yeah, you can cancel your food order.But your membership cannot be canceled! This was a ponzi scheme at its best. Whatever you do, do not order from these shisters!!!!

Instacart has great customer support but they wouldnt need it if they simply operated effectively. The company seems to do little to nothing to ensure product availability data from its 3rd party sellers is at all accurate or timely at the time of ordering. So a consumer orders items that SEEM to be in stock only to have 75% of the order unavailable on delivery. Then the shopper/driver is the one who can suffer. Pkus the consumer who would have just driven to the store 4 hours earlier misses out. FIGURE IT OUT INSTACART. Otherwise you are vaporware and your investors either know this and are hiding it or they're simple and stupidly optimistic.

Horrible service. I've only had good service from this company for approximately four times out of at least 10. That picture is of an empty bag that I supposedly got almost $70 towards of groceries in. Does it look like there's that much in that bag. I think not. I asked for a refund. The company refused. Maybe they can start hiring trustworthy employees

I tried my first local delivery from the Sprouts store. I had a terrible experience on virtually every level. I was badly overcharged: $25 for $5 worth of chicken. I still can't figure out how they did that. I asked for one onion and got a bagful. I live alone, and they will waste. Same with potatoes: I asked for 3 gold and got a bag full. This ended my grocery delivery efforts. Never again! Oh, and I called Sprouts. They were not helpful at all telling me I had to deal with Instacart when their order process never mentions Instacart.
