Insomnia Cookies is amazing every single time! The cookies are always fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious, but what really sets this place apart is the customer service. The employees are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about making your experience great. Ashley especially deserves a shoutout—she is so friendly, helpful, and always has a great attitude that makes every visit better. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Great cookies, great service, and even better people. Highly recommend!

It's ok. This location is often out of any cookies of the special limited time and deluxe cookies. But if you're looking for chocolate chip cookies, they've got you covered. The cookies are good they just don't have many options on hand. The ice cream here, though, isn't very good. I'd avoid it. But it is open late. Parking here is street parking only. The prices are also incredibly reasonable.

My first time at Insomnia Cookies and I went straight for the cookie sandwiches—warm, chewy cookies with cold ice cream in the middle. Totally worth the sugar rush!

Personally, this should be the only reason that I don’t shop here again. I paid a tip via DoorDash and then I get this.. ON THE BOX!!??? This is extremely rude and unprofessional for someone who paid a tip already. The next time I ordered something from here it was cold cookies and I didn’t even have my ice cream with the order. You guys really fell off and it hurts actually because I loved ordering here…until now.

Such a wonderful experience! Was craving some cookies after dinner and insomnia was right next door. Very clean store and they even made me peanut butter cookies FRESH! Service was 10/10
