Inn On Maple Street Bed & Breakfast

What a beautiful and welcoming bed-and-breakfast this was. Jay and Sharon were great hosts. We had a wonderful discussion over a fantastic breakfast with the rest of the guests. The place is homey and charming and close to stores and restaurants. The decorating is very well thought out and there’s books to read and games to play and a wonderful front porch to do them on. They thought of every possible amenity that you could need during your stay. We will be coming back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Inn on Maple. Sharen and Jay were the perfect hosts. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were so delicious. |Our room was perfect, (the Oak Room), it had everything a guest could need. The Inn was so clean and comfy. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast!

BEST of everything the area has to offer! The location is gorgeous, and Port Allegany/the surrounding area has something to offer everyone! The house is beautifully restored and obviously cherished. Make time for breakfast, as it’s a treat, and absolutely the best French toast I’ve had! The owner makes you feel welcome, the whole atmosphere does, actually, and there’s a bit to do within walking distance! This place absolutely cannot be beat in the area, and I know where I’ll be staying every time we visit!

I had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Maple in Port Allegany. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The inn itself is charming, comfortable, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Inn on Maple Street while visiting some sites in the area. Jay and Sharen were excellent hosts and provided us with suggestions for eating and sightseeing and some enjoyable stories. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with a queen size bed and sink and refrigerator.. We had a private bath with plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showering. Our room was in a building other than the main house and was private. it was only a short walk to the main house each morning for the delicious breakfasts that were prepared each morning. Jay and Sharen have been doing this for 25 years so, needless to say, they are pros at providing a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here when in the area.
