Inn At Whiteface

Great location and view right at the foot of the White mountain. It was unforgettable experience been there. If you want really authentic atmosphere with personal touch in every corner, this is your place. Ingrid (the owner) ... not sure if I spell her name correctly is the beat host we could have dream for. Definitely going to visit again this winter.

We were looking for our weekend getaway and we came across the Inn at Whiteface. We are so happy that we did, Ingrid is an amazing host. She is very helpful with places to visit or grabbing a bite to eat. The view from our room was amazing!! We could see the gondolas going up Whiteface Mountain. We loved spending time chatting with Ingrid and her little dog Maggie. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels etc. Very Adirondack, homey feeling. We felt like Ingrid was a member of our family, she makes her guest feel right at home. She made breakfast every morning, the coffee was always fresh and hot. We definitely found our little gem of 1 of our favorite places to stay. We will definitely be coming back next year to visit Ingrid.

The inn is very charming and location is perfect. Whiteface mountain is just around the corner. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfy and the bathroom is equipped with everything that you might need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels). You can also leave your ski equipment to dry in the lobby, which was very convenient. The hostess, Ingrid, made our stay even better. We loved spending time with her and her little dog, Maggie. Every morning Ingrid would make pancakes and scrambled eggs (extra charge) for us, which was perfect before heading out to the slopes. If you don’t care for hot breakfast there are plenty of other food choices with no charge. Thank you, Ingrid, for making us feel so welcome. My family can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at The Inn at Whiteface for one night. This is a charming little place with great decor and a warm hostess (Ingrid) who owns this place. She is a wonderful person and makes every effort to make you feel at home. The room we stayed in had the best view which overlooked the Whiteface Mountain (even the observatory on top of the mountain is visible).||The property has great potential, but lacks overall quality and service. I found that the bed covers/decorative pillows were a bit dusty and the bathroom needs some upgrading. The entire place is managed by one person. Hiring additional staff might help make service better.

We had a fantastic time at the Inn at Whiteface. The innkeeper was so warm, friendly and accommodating. She made a birthday cake for my daughter and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could want. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of Whiteface. The Inn is very close to the mountain. Breakfast was outstanding! So much food! Great place to stay!
