Ingle Korean Steakhouse

Food here is exceptional!! And service is even more exceptional!! This is our second time dining and both times we have received amazing service. First time was a female server and she was amazing & attentive, wish we remembered her name. She was great! But our server this time was really amazing and his name is Leonard!! He was super attentive and everything was perfect timing! Our food was cooked perfect! Just all perfect!! On a busy weekend. We enjoyed it all very much! We got dinner prix-fixe both times. Meats were all good quality, cooked perfect tender juicy cut into perfect bite size. Our server explained how the each cut of meats will be cooked for best taste and tenderness. Their starter soup is different each time, first time was Korean pumpkin soup. This time it was Korean duk

The winter restaurant week meal was delicious and perfectly paced. The zabuton steak was the best of the meats. It was tender and flavorful. The sides were excellent. The scallion pancake was hard to eat but delicious. The spicy noodle soup was not too spicy and the jigae reminded me of Syrian lamb stew. The black sesame ice cream did not taste like black sesame, more like vanilla with Oreos. It was good, but I wish I ordered the Binsu instead. The Passion 5 cocktail was delicious. You can taste the fresh compote. The Midnight Diner was smooth. The server was so busy because he had to manage the grilling of the steak for every one of his tables. He timed it perfectly. I was impressed.

Our first time to Ingle, but not our first time to a Korean Steakhouse. My wife is Korean and we travel back to Korea at least twice per year to visit friends and family. Obviously we know the taste of good Korean BBQ - Ingle meets that standard. It is clearly the best version we have experienced in the Washington DC Metro area and perhaps even the US, although we did have some top quality in NY. My only comment/advice would be to provide a bit of information to the inexperienced customer. Too many of the non-Korean had no idea how to wrap meat, vegetables and sauces into a leaf then fold and eat in a single bite. Otherwise, excellent food and very good service at a reasonable price for a restaurant of this type and quality.

We had a wonderful experience at Ingle Korean Steakhouse, thanks in large part to Lauren, our server. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the meats and their specific cuts, and we truly enjoyed learning from her as she walked us through the menu. Lauren was attentive, punctual, and warmly engaging throughout our meal. Her professionalism and confidence were impressive, and her deep understanding of the menu made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was perfect for a small group or date night — comfortable, stylish, and inviting. Combined with Lauren’s outstanding service, it made for a memorable evening. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Lauren if you’re looking for great food and exceptional service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time back to celebrate some special occasions and it was delightful! The service, the food, the quality of the food, and the vibes are amazing. Everyone is so kind, it really makes your dining experience special. Will definitely be coming back again in the near future!!
