Infusion: A Rollin' Creamery

Quite a unique experience. Ice cream was delicious. Place was packed. Food gets 5-Stars. Environment 4.5-stars; Service 3-stars. They worked hard but weren’t the friendliest. Not much parking. Definitely worth checking out.

in 2021 I believe I heard about this place through a mutual friend. I don’t know why it took me this long to put a review in the first year or two that they were open my friends and I would go there almost every weekend during the summers after a hot day at the barn riding horses or at the park. Locally owned the ice cream is quite consistent with the quality and the creaminess. There hasn’t been a serving where there’s icicles mixed which is goood. Recently, I tasted the mango which is not my usual because I’m usually doubtful of the quality and the taste of any mango ice cream unless it’s handmade and the fruits are from the islands of the Philippines or Haiti or India But this mango ice cream hits the same!!! Im hooked again. My usual go to at this ice cream shop was the Oreo something

My kids love going here. We never have a long wait and their ice cream is delicious!

Tried them on my last visit to the area. The staff were able to guide me through questions about dietary restrictions. All drinks unless specified with an asterisk are made with non dairy creamer for those who can't have. We both tried the Brown Sugar boba, mine a milk tea and hers a milk slush. Obviously, these drinks tend to be sweet, but I found them to be overly sweet. Neither of us was able to finish the entire beverage. It was not a bad option, but I've had other boba shops I prefer in the greater west palm area.
