Customer Reviews
We tried this place for our weekend breakfast and were impressed with the ambience and cleanliness the moment we stepped in, the 2 for $4.99 deal was just perfect for us, while I tried Dosa and Upma for my brekkie, wifey tried Idly and Vada for hers. The food was spot on, dosa was served at the table, which was very convenient, the selection of chutneys elevated the experience and we were compelled to extend our plans to try their Puri and Bonda as well. Though they were both freshly made, they were a tad oily, which we took care of with the paper napkins. We also got a complimentary Sabudana Payasam which made the visit worth it. The service was prompt and courteous and left no room for complaints whatsoever. Am definitely purely coming back here to try their Thali’s.
Food quality and taste is inconsistent. Few dishes are good while some are awful. Curry leaves chicken - good. Correct spice level as requested. Samosa - mediocre, stuffing wasn’t tasty. Onion Pakora was OK. Chicken butter masala - decent , cheese Naan was good. Most disappointing was the Chicken Dum biriyani. Absolutely flavourless. Even the rice was tasteless and bland. Rice was overcooked and rice grain was broken instead of staying whole as it for in a decent biryani. 2 pieces of chicken with flavourless rice. We had to use the butter masala gravy with the biryani rice to get some flavour. Also service was slow. It took almost 15-20 mints to get our samosa. 20-25 mints for main course. Not sure if it was just this one time or other diners have experienced the same slowness.
We went to India X for a late lunch and took the Royal Unlimited Thali for 15$ and it was wonderful. We had many curry options which were very filling and give you butter naan, some type of pulao, gobi fry and many other times of south indian telugu dishes. The staff were telugu so it was easy talking with them and they were also very kind and warm. You can hear pure Indian nostalgic songs playing in the background. You also have a great offer of getting a snack and tea for just $1.99.. They also have a wide range of snacks like egg puff, mirchi bajji, bonda, samosas, punugulu, ulli pakodi and pani puri. This is a wonderful place for people wanting to taste real indian food and just relax for a while with friends 😁.
19-Sep-2025 Tried their Annapurna veg thali ($9.99), very good portion size. After that one full naan, I’m almost done. I liked roti pachadi, masala curry. Rice was bit dry. Overall good thali for that price. 13-Sep-2025 Back-to-back lunch & dinner. Lunch: Vijayawada spl boneless biryani - good in taste but slightly sweet bcoz of more fried onions. Indo-chinese bowl - fried rice - chk manchuria. Loaded with more sauce which is dominated by vaniger. Dinner: Nellore ghee wada: crispy wada, soft interrior but nothing spl with the spicy powder. Masala dosa: very good in taste, masala, chutney 😋. But this is not rameshawaram style dosa as listed in menu. 06-Sep-2025 I tried indo-chinese bowl with chicken 65 fried rice. Chicken coating and sauce is off. 03-Sep-2025 I tried Indian bowl: veg m
Visited India X and had their Maharaja Thali – it was amazing and unlimited, which made the experience even better! Every dish had a unique, authentic flavor and nothing felt repetitive. The naan was soft, the biryani was flavorful, and the curries were rich and delicious. The staff was very friendly, constantly checking on us and genuinely asking for feedback. Service was fast, polite, and welcoming. Presentation was beautiful and the portion sizes were perfect to enjoy everything. Totally recommend this place if you’re craving real Indian food and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
