I know the owners since I moved to San Antonio in 2019, and since I'm Brazilian they've always been my spot when I crave snacks from home, every time they come to my apartment complex I run to order food after I get home from work. Always delicious, always crunchy, always the best. This time when I mentioned this was my birthday gift to myself because it's my birthday in a couple days, they just put a guaraná in my bag with my food 😭 I would die for them. Best food truck in town.

My wife and I tired the food and coffee yesterday, and it was amazing! I don't obsess over food much, but the churros were insane. I've never had the type of items they had on the menu, so I got a few of the staple items. I hope yall come back to Sendero Ridge, I want more!

I decided to give them a try while they were at my apartment complex. And let me tell ya. Their food was delicious! I got the chicken pastel and Oreo churros with Guarana soda. Their pastel was steaming with flavor and the churros are addicting! Their food is pricey, but definitely worth at least trying out. They are very welcoming and friendly to everyone.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The owner is super nice and I would definitely recommend asking about them about the history of there company, it's so interesting. Additionally, the food is very delicious and as a brazillian I can confirm it's authentic. If you're in the area, this is a place you don't want to miss out on visiting.

We were fortunate to have this food truck brought to our apartment complex in Kyle. The food was phenomenal and the customer service was great. I had been searching for some Pastels and I can finally say that I will take a trip to New Braunfels whenever that craving hits again. I bought the beef and chicken and both were equally delicious. The green olives in the beef Pastel's weren't so overwhelming like other Pastels or empanadas I have had. They tend to be more olives than beef. The chicken was shredded so thin that each bite was balanced with the cheese that was inside. The pastry shell was so flakey and light. The red dipping sauce that is made with chilies but not spicy was such a wonderful accompaniment. If he offers it to you TAKE IT! You get three nice sized Pastels in ea
