In-N-Out Burger

⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my second time trying In-N-Out, and honestly, I’m still not impressed. I know the chain has a big following, but the experience just doesn’t live up to the hype for me. On the positive side, this particular location in Yorba Linda is kept fairly clean. The dining area looked neat, the tables weren’t cluttered, and overall it seemed that the team does make an effort to maintain the space. That’s definitely appreciated. The staff, however, left a bit to be desired. While they weren’t rude, they seemed to be just going through the motions. A lot of them were acting like kids, joking around more than focusing on customer service. The energy felt more like a high school hangout than a professional team running a busy fast-food spot. Consistent food quality. Always warmly greeted. Many kids work here and they all know how to treat their customers. Sometimes their parking lot can be a headache.

I've never had a problem at any In n Out and this location is no exception to that. Dylan took our order and he was soo nice. Later while eating in the dining area he came around to clean and stopped to talk to some people who apparently hadn't had In n Out before telling them all the different ways you can order stuff here and how it could never get old with all the different concotions you can make. He just seems like a super sweet guy who enjoys his job. I'd definitely come to this location again :)

Always the best burgers frys fresh. I have an affection for what Inn and out calls Animal style, basically, a dressing and cheese added to your order, always satisfied and full when I leave with the hey! That was a very satisfying meal!!! 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Super disappointed with in n out lately. Last few times my order has never been correct . Thankfully I checked before leaving and they fixed it.. but frustrating.. dpnt offer well done fries if they dont wanna make them. The burger was wrong too but that was a semi easy fix.
