I usually love in and out but this location has underdone fries and they were already cooling when the tray was ready. The burger looked ok but was also not hot and it had a mustard taste. In and out does not put mustard on. I think this in and out needs calibration and training.

Ordered food and a coffee. The coffee tasted and smelled like dish soap or cleaning chemicals, with a strong chemical odor. I went back to ask for a fresh coffee. The manager said that’s how their coffee normally smells. The soapy taste lingered on my tongue with a slight burning sensation even after rinsing with water. After explaining again with one of the staff, I received a new coffee, which did not have the chemical taste. Should have just said sorry and give me a new cup.
